ZOOT COOPERATES WITH CZECH MODEL KATEŘINA SOKOLOVÁ
International Autism Day falls on April 2. And it was on this day that ZOOT,…
ZOOT opened its ninth Prague-based Try&Buy store with a location right in the city centre. From now on, ZOOT customers can pick up their “happiness treats” also at the address V Celnici Street, in Prague 1, on weekdays from 9am to 8pm and, during the pre-Christmas period, also at the weekends from 11am to 6pm.
“Central Prague is definitely an interesting locality. This is our first Try&Buy store in Prague 1 and so we expect it will get pretty busy, especially during the pre-Christmas period”, said Daniel Trpák, Head of Try&Buy stores at ZOOT.
The opening of the new Try&Buy store also means the launch of a pilot project to help speed up the whole “trying on” process. “We’ve added check-in areas and two extra people for the unpacking and returning of orders. This will speed up the whole process because customers will no longer have to stand queues with items that they’ve tried on. We’re also planning to offer free Wi-Fi connection at our Try&Buy stores,” added Daniel Trpák.
Currently, ZOOT has a total of 34 Try&Buy stores; 18 in the Czech Republic, 8 in Slovakia and 8 in Romania. It plans to open another 4 by the end of this year; 2 in the Czech Republic, 1 in Slovakia and 1 in Romania. In the pre-Christmas period the Czech Try&Buy stores (that handle 70% of all orders made) will extend their opening hours to include weekends. Orders will be delivered to them not only on weekdays, but on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
