Drapers Digital Forum, fashion industry’s global debate on ecommerce, multichannel, social media, web and mobile, which took place on the 28th April 2016 in London, was full of incredible speakers, tips, success stories and vital information to help retailers and brands tackle the strategic and day-to-day challenges of running a successful #FashionEcommerce business.
Pavlína Louženská, marketing director at ZOOT, was invited to talk about fashion e-commerce and introduced unique omnichannel concept of ZOOT.
“You must respect local tastes and fit, tailor clothes for countries where they are selling,” explained Pavlína Louženska, marketing director at Digital Forum. “I don’t think customers want to buy things – they want to experience things and that’s why content is important. When you are buying an image, you are buying a dream.”
